Simmba Box Office Collection Day 5 : Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer Simmba that released on December 28 is making headlines as the film is ready to create history. The movie has earned Rs 20.72 crore on its opening day and made Rs 23.33 crore on Saturday. While the film enjoyed Rs 31.02 crore on Sunday, Rs 21.24 crore on Monday taking the total amount to Rs 96.31 crore. If trade analyst Taran Adarsh to be believed, the film will make its door to Rs 100 crore club with its 1st January collection.

Shahrukh Khan’s Zero which was released alongside couldn’t make big at box office as the journey of the film was over with the total collection of Rs 87 crore 20 lakh. Moreover, Simmba will also become Ranveer’s highest opening film in 2018. Yet to beat Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju’s lifetime box office collection, Simmba has made its entry in 2018’s hit movies which includes, Padmaavat, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Raid, Baaghi 2, Race 3, Sanju, Stree, Badhaai Ho, Thugs Of Hindostan, 2.0 and now Simmba which has earned more than Rs 100 crore in just 5 days.

Simmba is the Thirteenth film of Rohit Shetty which has grossed Rs 100 crore as the director has already eight films earned more than Rs 100 crore.

Talking about its overseas box office collection, thus the Ranveer Singh Starrer Simmba earned around Rs 42 crore in international market. According to trade analyst Sumit Kadel, the total five days collection of Simmba stands with Rs 122.50 crore. It is also said that the movie will surely hit Rs 150 crore in a few days.

Simmba is an official hindi remake of Telugu movie Temper which is produced under the banner of Karan Johar’s Dharma productions Starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan in lead. Simmba’s story revolves around a corrupt cop Sangram Bhalerao who later turned into a savior for women in society.
