Simmba, starrring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan in lead roles is roaring at box office as the film has crossed Rs 100 crore mark in just one week. Simmba has made its director Rohit Shetty is one such director in the industry whose eight films has earned over Rs 100 crore. However, the film is an official hindi remake of Telugu film Temper which has received by hindi film audience very well.
Released on December 28, Simmba has been raking in money ever since as it had opened up with Rs 20.72 crore. Again, the cop drama witnessed a boost in its earning by earning Rs 23.33 crore, on its third day Rs 31.02 crore bringing total amount to Rs 75.11 crore. The film earned Rs 21.24 crore on Monday and Rs 26 crore on Tuesday.
The masala actioner has earned Rs 14 crore on Wednesday while taking its domestic collection to Rs 138 crore. According to trade analyst the Simmba’s one week earning could be seen within around Rs 140-Rs 150 crore.

The movie Simmba tells you a story about a corrupt cop, Sangram Bhalerao played by Ranveer Singh who don’t follow any ethics. He falls in love with Shagun (Sara Ali Khan) who owned a catering service near police station. He changed after seeing a girl whom he consider his sister gets brutally raped and killed.
Meanwhile, the movie also has cameos of Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, and Arshad Warsi.
