The KUWTK (Keeping Up with The Kardashians) star Kourtney Kardashian is known for her diet, but do you know that what she really eats? If you want to know about this so you are in good direction. Health Guru announced that she will be sharing about her 3 days meal plan through her app on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Every day she will upload her favorite recipes.
Kourtney posted that:
“favorite healthy recipes and things I eat on a regular basis for breakfast, lunch and dinner.”
Kourtney’s 3 days meal plan
First day plan she shared that breakfast smoothie bowl is full of vitamins and minerals. Because it is made with fresh fruits like pineapple, banana, kale, bee pollen and chia seeds. Secondly, she shared her recipe for citrus salad which is homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette. She recommended a salom filet with a honey ginger glaze, she explained that she eats this one time in a week. So if you eat salmon once in a week, you get figure like her. If you think that she is lying, the mother of three children also told that she eats ice-cream and pizza sometime.
The reality star has tried many diets in past in which including the low-carb, high-fat ketogenic diet. She said that she had 98 pounds weight in February. She also shared that how she evolved from gluten-free and dairy-free diet to keep fix amount of gluten and dairy in her body.
Kourtney not only concentrate on diet but she also go to gym for her slim trim body. Kardashian sisters Kourt, Khloe and Kim take home workout classes with personal trainer. They always says that beauty is pain as we all know that “No pain no gain”.
The TV star is dating the 24 years old model Younes Bendajima and they both are happy with each other.
