Nowadays, the buzz around regional film KGF is getting more attention than Bollywood’s Simmba and Shahrukh Khan’s Zero. KGF is an action thriller film which has a lot of fight sequences. However the film couldn’t beat Ranveer Singh’s Simmba but managed to sail through which led the film to earn more than Rs 100 crore.
According to media reports, KGF Chapter 1 has crossed Rs 150 crore mark as trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote that the movie has grossed Rs 21.45 crore in one week and Rs 5.25 crore in its second weekend, taking total amount to Rs 26.70 crore.

The film has received mixed reviews as KGF was also being criticized for its unimpressive second half. KGF is about the story of a gangster, Rocky who fought thunderously. It is made under a budget of Rs 80 crore which is one of the costliest film made in Kannada film industry. It stars superstar Yash.
