JD(S) wants a Dalit face as the Next CM.
JD(S) has laid a condition in front of Congress to have a Dalit face as the next CM if they want a tie up. Till now congress was considering Siddaramaiah as the next CM of Karnataka. However Rumours are out that Congress might consider replacing Siddaramaiah as the CM of 2019. Congress dismissed the rumours of Siddaramaiah being in the run for CM and said they will accept whatever the Congress High Command decides. Nonetheless BJP made it clear that both congress and JD(S) cannot win the elections and that they are the clearcut winner.
