Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone came together after 3 years long gap and the credit goes to bollywood famous designer Manish Malhotra. They walked together at the Mijwan 2018 Fashion Show which held every year and organized by Manish Malhotra with Shabana Azmi. Fans like their Jodi as they worked together in many films like Bachna Ae Haseeno Tamasha and Ye Jawani Hai Diwani. It was a sparkling night with many bollywood beauties like Lulia Vantur, Nushrat Bharucha, Sonakshi Sinha, Yami Gautama and Television star Mouni Roy.

Every year there is a new pair as the showstopper, last year it was Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma and this year former couple Ranbir and Deepika. They both were looking royal in Manish Malhotra’s traditional dress. The reel life Queen looked real life in a silver lehenga choli with a long tail, and Ranbir was looked like a prince charming of modern days.

It is sure that the romantic couple was happy together after long time gap, they have always been  a hit couple and their magic can be felt, both, off screen and on screen. Well Mijwan fashion show is not just about the bollywood’s stars coming together with a designer dress to grace the ramp. Mijwan is a village adopted by designer Manish Malhotra to promote chikankari among its women and girls. Chikankari is traditional type embroidery having its root in the city of Lucknow. Shabana Azmi, after her father she looks after the people of this village and solving their problems. She said that:

“I’m glad I’m being able to contribute a little bit to my father’s dream. It was his dream to see the girls of Mijwan progress and be self-reliant. And through these ventures I am being able to help them do that,”

She says Mijwan is my home, my father’s home and when I come here I feel concerned and connected with my father deeply.
