Veerey Ki Wedding Movie Box Office Collection Day 1: Even with a number of controversies surrounding the film it could not make a mark on Box office. The Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda and Jimmy Shergill starrer grossed the lowest number for the day.

Veerey Ki Wedding opened to hardly 5% of occupancy for mornings shows, which could be attributed to the Holi Celebrations in the morning. But unlike Anushka Sharma‘s Pari, that released alongside the film; it did not gear up towards the evening.

The Pulkit Samrat starrer received a Meh, from the critics and the audiences. On top of it, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has captured the interest of audiences still; giving tough competition to both the new releases.

The business did rise slightly towards the evening and night shows. Veerey Ki Wedding, managed 75-80 lakhs nett on its first day at Box Office.  There’s hope for a decent jump in the numbers on  Saturday and Sunday.

Story of Veerey Ki Wedding

While Veerey (Pulkit Samrat), might be the most eligible bachelor in delhi, but the father (Satish Kaushik) of his love interest Geet (Kirti Kharbanda) doesn’t approve of him.

Troubles ensue when the elder brother of Veerey Balli (Jimmy Sherill) steps in the equation. Balli, a goon and happily threatens Geet’s Father for the wedding. Creating more t. rouble in Veerey’s Wedding. Now will Veerey get the love of his life or not.
