‏The teaser of the Varun Dhawan Starrer, Soojit Sircar’s ‘October’ has finally released. The mystery of the white flower that finds a place in every matter of promotion gets solved in the trailer. Here are the details.

Mystery of the white flower.

The white flower that finds a place in every material of October is known as Shiuli in Bengali. Besides there is a lot of blooming of Siuli in the month of October and it’s even used in Durga Puja which also comes during the same time. In the trailer we see Varun Dhawan checking the Urine Collection bag the name written on it was Shiuli which happens to be the name of her batch mate and possibly love Banita Sandhu. So the use of the flower is justified and apt.

About the trailer of October.

In the trailer we can see Dan (Varun Dhawan) is a management student who is posted as an intern at a five star hotel. The trailer starts off with Varun Dhawan’s surprise on knowing that his batchmate Shiuli (Banita Sandhu) had a fondness for him. The trailer than goes off in the flashback of their college days and their day to day encounters while carrying out the daily chores at the hotel they were placed in as interns.

Knowing about Shiuli’s fondness for Dan, he also started developing feelings for her. He who had never talked to Shiuli in years started paying regular visits to the hospital where Shiuli was admitted and also promised to never leave her again. Yes it is indeed a love story of Dan and Shiuli. Even Varun Dhawan while sharing the trailer of October on his twitter account captioned:

“The wait ends! Here’s a glimpse of the journey of Dan, Shiuli and their story of love.”
