Karni Sena takes back its oppose from Padmaavat.
The film Padmaavat was full of controversy and greatly opposed since its making. The Rajput Karni Sena opposed the movie on the grounds of destroying the reputation of The Rajput Dynasty. During its shooting they even ended up in a fight with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film was originally going to be released on 1st December. But due to the ban laid on it and severe opposition it was finally released on 25th January. However the film has still not been released in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
But now Karni Sena has withdrawn their oppose in writing saying the film only glorifies the Rajputana culture, and asked to release the movie even the remaining 3 states with an assurance that the release will be peaceful and without any oppose from anyone. The film is expected to make its way to the screens of these States also and it is expected to do a massive business breaking a lot of records.
