Legendary actress and wife of Boney Kapoor died of cardiac arrest in Dubai at a young age of 54 and India is in shock. She had gone to attend the wedding of Mohit Marwah’s Wedding where she passed away on Saturday.

Sri Devi was India’s first female super star. She dad gone to Dubai with husband Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi to attend the wedding of actor and nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding. Her sudden death has put the whole Bollywood fraternity into deep shock including her fans and followers who have gathered outside her Mumbai home.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi grieved by Sri Devi’s death tweeted sadness by her untimely death. He remembered her as a versatile actress with diverse roles and performances and passed his thoughts to the family and prayed for strength in the difficult time.

  1. I never got the chance to watch much of the Indian cinema, but I had heard much about her and seen many images of her. She was truly one of the world’s most beautiful women and a huge loss for film worldwide. My condolences on the loss of a film legend the likes of which we’ll never see again.
