Chadwick Boseman essays the role of  T’Challa and Black Panther.  The movie takes off from Captain America: Civil War,  where T’Challa lost his father in a bomb blast.

The saddened son returns to his reclusive, technologically advanced African nation Wakala. The nation has hidden its capabilities from the world by posing as third world nation.

When two powerful foes posses a threat to Wakanda; Black Panther and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakandan special forces must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross  to save their country and the world.
