Justin Timberlake has collaborated with Chris Stapleton for his new single ‘Say Something’. The Filthy singer released the next song from his upcoming album Man of the Woods.
Man of the Woods is all set to release on February second. Say Something arrives at third number after the single ‘Supplies‘.
Songs on The Man of Woods Album
The latest single features singer-songwriter and guitarist Chris Stapleton. The visuals of the song have Timberlake, Stapleton and the choir are singing live.
The Duo is roaming around a halls of a Maze like mansions, in the six minute video. The choir keeps popping at various intervals providing back up vocals. The song is an amalgamation of Folk and pop music.
Say Something is the singers’ first studio collaboration with Stapleton. They have previously performed at CMA awards in 2015.
The video is certainly on a different tonality from the first two. Where Filthy and Supplies had a futuristic theme to it. Filthy features Steve Jobs-inspired Timberlake making a robot dance as good as himself.
While Supplies which also features Pharrell, is roughly inspired by Me Too Movement and Donald Trump Presidency.
Timberlake’s new album has combination of traditional america rock with modern influences. The album also has contributions from The Neptunes, Timbaland and Alicia Keys.
The actor, singer recently shared the Behind the stage clip from his super bowl performance.
