Judwaa 2 Fisrt Week Collection

The movie Judwaa 2 collected Rs 16.10 crore net at Indian box office on Friday, making it the Varun Dhawan’s highest ever opening day collection. Earlier, ABCD 2 was his highest first-day grossing movie with a collection of Rs 14.30 crore on day 1, followed by Badrinath Ki Dulhania (Rs 12.25 crore) and Dishoom (Rs 11.05 crore). However, Judwaa 2 crossed that milestone with ease and is likely to be Varun’s biggest ever hit.

Varun Dhawan is yet to deliver a flop movie at the box office. Each of his movies has been successful so far and Judwaa 2 is expected to collect a lot of money (Beta Dhawan never disappoints Daddy Dhawan).

While there was a huge buzz around Judwaa 2, the festive season has further fueled up the movie’s collection. Moreover, being the solo release also worked in its favor to a great extent. Judwaa 2 showed no signs of slowing down as it went on to collect more than 18 crores on Saturday. It is expected earn more and more on Sunday.

It seems Judwaa 2 will finally end the dull phase Bollywood was going through in the recent times and it will be another successful movie by Varun Dhawan (Financially).

When Judwaa got released in 1997, it turned out to be a big hit. Twenty years later, Varun Dhawan reprising the iconic roles of Raja and Prem (played by Salman Khan in the 1997 movie) made this movie quite entertaining, humorous and a pretty good festive watch for the audience. The catchy songs “Oonchi Hai Building” and “Chalti hai kya 9 se 12” from the 1997 movie were remade and added in Judwaa 2 which helped it to get some more of the public attention.

The movie might not be the best movie of the year but it is indeed entertaining and will tickle your funny bone. If you are looking for something like that for this festive season, go to the nearest theatres with your family or friends and enjoy this comedy.
