The Gorgeous actress Sonakshi Sinha completed her seven years in the Bollywood Industry. Sonakshi celebrates the moment by writing on Twitter “7 years of Dabangg=#7YearsOfSonakshi.” And in the same tweet, she is thanking her co-star Salman Khan and the producer of the film Arbaaz Khan (also watched in a supporting role) for the movie. The 30-year-old actress thanked her fans in a separate tweet for showing all the love and support, “You make me feel like I can go on for 70 more years.”
After her debut film Dabangg, she starred in blockbuster films like Rowdy Rathore, Dabangg 2 and R… Rajkumar. She was also a part of several critically acclaimed movies like Lootera and Akira to strike a suitable balance of genre.
In the starting her career, Sonakshi was featured in similar roles to that of Dabangg such as in Son of Sardaar, Tevar, Rowdy Rathore and Bullett Raja. Now the actress has shifted her concentration to meatier roles, in which she is taken into the lead role instead of playing the protagonist’s girlfriend or wife. Akira is considered to be one of Sonakshi Sinha’s best films till date after Lootera. Her last film Noor was unsuccessful at the box office was fetched fair reviews.
Moreover, Sonakshi Sinha appeared in many dance sequences like Nachan Farrate (All Is Well) and Go Govinda (OMG! Oh My God).
Sonakshi is the daughter of veteran actor politician Shatrughan Singha and Poonam Sinha. She has two brothers named Luv and Kush Sinha.
The upcoming film of Sonakshi is Ittefaq. It is a remake of Rajesh Khanna’s 1969 movie named ‘Ittefaq’.
